FalconVPN Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how FalconVPN ("we", "us", "our") handles information when you use the FalconVPN mobile application (the "App") and the VPN service provided through it. By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

  1. Information We Collect Information you provide Account information: username and email address when you create an account, and a password (stored only as a hash). Support messages: messages you send us through the in-app support ticket system. Information collected automatically Connection statistics: VPN session duration and the amount of data uploaded and downloaded during a session, so the App can display these statistics to you. App and device information: app version, device model, and operating system version, used to deliver app updates and keep the service compatible. Technical data: IP address and connection timestamps processed by our VPN servers to establish and maintain your VPN tunnel. These are used to operate the service, troubleshoot faults, and prevent abuse. Information we do NOT collect The App does not access or collect: Your precise or approximate location (the App does not request location permissions) Your files, photos, or storage (the App does not request storage permissions) Your contacts Your SMS or call logs Your list of installed apps Your browsing history or the content of your traffic

How We Use Information We use the information above to: Create and manage your account Establish, maintain, and troubleshoot your VPN connections Display connection statistics in the App Provide customer support through in-app tickets Deliver app updates and service notices Prevent abuse and secure our infrastructure We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
  3. Sharing We do not share your personal information with third parties except: As needed to operate the VPN servers that provide the service When required by law or to protect our legal rights In connection with a transfer of the service (in which case we will notify you beforehand)
  4. Data Retention Account information is retained while your account is active. Session and technical records are kept only as long as needed to operate and secure the service or as required by law. You may request deletion of your account and its data at any time using the contact below.
  5. Security Passwords are stored only as hashes. Traffic inside the VPN tunnel is encrypted by the VPN protocols the App uses (IKEv2/IPsec and VLESS-based tunnels). No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold.
  6. Permissions the App Requests The App requests only the permissions needed to provide the VPN service: Network — to connect to VPN servers Foreground service and notifications — to keep the VPN connection alive and show its status Battery optimization exemption — so Android does not interrupt an active VPN session Boot start — to reconnect after device restart The App does not request location, storage, contacts, SMS, or call log permissions.
  7. Children The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
  8. Your Rights Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the contact information below.
  9. Changes to This Policy We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the App or on our website. The effective date at the top always reflects the current version.
